Can I use it straight after signing up? Is there anything to install?
It runs in the browser — nothing to install. Once your phone number is verified by OTP, the system sets up your chart of accounts, automatic posting rules and default permission sets, and you can start recording real work immediately.
Is each company's data really separate?
Yes. Every query is restricted to the signed-in user's company at the database layer, so one company's users can never see another's records.
Why do you ask for a national ID or company registration number?
To identify the business for tax documents such as tax invoices and receipts, in line with Revenue Department guidance, and to prevent duplicate registrations.
Do you support hire purchase, rental and PPA as well?
All four sale types are supported. Instalment schedules are generated automatically and revenue is recognised the way each sale type requires.
